剛剛過去的2024年，是中華人民共和國成立75周年，是廣東改革發(fā)展歷程中具有重要意義的一年，也是廣晟控股集團25年發(fā)展進程中具有里程碑意義的一年。回首過去一年，廣晟控股集團堅定不移以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，堅決落實省委“1310”具體部署，深入踐行FAITH經營理念，強心塑形、攀高躍升，全年實現(xiàn)利潤總額、凈利潤、歸母凈利潤同比同口徑分別增長33.1%、34.3%、34.1%，在“2024中國企業(yè)500強”榜單排名升至第203位，榮登2024中國戰(zhàn)略性新興產業(yè)領軍企業(yè)100強第29位，集團產業(yè)綜合實力、價值創(chuàng)造力、核心競爭力、社會影響力持續(xù)增強，發(fā)展質效不斷提升。
這一年，我們政治引領、固本強基，高質量發(fā)展的“根”和“魂”扎得更深、立得更牢。
這一年，我們文化鑄魂、凝心聚力，總結凝練踐行FAITH經營理念，形成了更高的價值追求和精神追求。

Spring Festival Greetings
The Year of the Snake is approaching, while the radiance of spring illuminates the new landscape. On this joyous occasion of global celebration and harmony, I would like to extend warmest greetings, on behalf of the Party Committee of GDRH, to all our employees at home and abroad. My heartfelt appreciation goes especially to those who remain steadfast at their posts during the Spring Festival, working diligently on the front lines. Best wishes to our retired colleagues and the families of all our employees worldwide. Sincere gratitude to leaders at all levels, our valued partners, and friends from all sectors of society who have continuously supported the development of GDRH.
? ?The past 2024 was a momentous year. It marked the the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a significant year in Guangdong’s reform and development process, and a milestone in GDRH’s 25-year history. Over the past year, we remained steadfast in our commitment to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, firmly implemented the provincial committee’s?‘1310’specific deployment, and thoroughly practiced the FAITH management philosophy. Through strengthening our minds, reforming organizations, carrying out the?‘Ascend Plan’?as well as the?‘Leap and Upgrade Plan’, we achieved remarkable growth: total profit, net profit, and parent company net profit increased respectively by 33.1%, 34.3%, and 34.1% year-on-year. Our ranking on the 2024 China Top 500 Enterprises list rose to 203rd, and we secured the 29th position among China’s Top 100 Leading Enterprises in Strategic Emerging Industries for 2024. GDRH’s comprehensive industrial strength, value creation capability, core competitiveness, and social influence continued to grow, with significant improvements in both quality and efficiency.
Over the past year, we strengthened political leadership and built solid foundations, deepening the roots and souls of our high-quality development.?
We united our hearts and souls with the corporate culture, refining and embodying the FAITH business philosophy, elevating commitments to core values and spiritual pursuits.?
We focused on our core businesses and drove reforms forward, solving longstanding problems, optimizing our growth strategy, and forming a more competitive array of enterprises.
We attracted top talents?and built strong teams, enhancing recognition and confidence in state-owned enterprises, defining our direction, and reinforcing our belief in success.
We pursued self-reform and restored integrity, fostering a healthy atmosphere, uniting hearts and minds, and revitalizing our political ecosystem.
The journey ahead is long, but with faith, we can go far. The transformations and achievements of GDRH in the past year were hard-earned and invaluable. They were imprinted with the resolute steps of 60,000 Guangsheng people who bravely took on responsibilities, constantly strive for higher goals,and firmly marched forward, demonstrating loyalty, confidence, beliefs, and faith. We recognize that?‘although the North Sea may seem distant, we can still soar to reach it.’?The march may seem endless, only through perseverance can we succeed.
As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, the drums of spring urge us onward toward a new journey. The future is bright as we advance China’s modernization and the great rejuvenation of our nation. We must have faith in our era, ? our hard work, and?the future.
